ABOUT ME
I’m Tanya Williams, and to me, the Kootenays aren't just a market—they are home. Born and raised in beautiful Rossland, my roots here run deep. My husband and I are raising our two teenage sons in the same community where we both grew up, surrounded by a close-knit network of family and lifelong friends.
Before entering real estate, I spent 12 years serving as a Paramedic with the BC Ambulance Service at the Trail Station. That experience taught me how to remain calm under pressure, act with integrity, and put people first. In 2019, I transitioned those skills into real estate, and for the past seven years, I’ve been helping my neighbors make confident, informed property decisions.
When I’m not at the closing table, you’ll likely find me at the rink cheering on my sons while my husband coaches, enjoying dinners and laughter with family and friends, a cozy night by the fire or soaking up the summer sun at Christina Lake. I believe in making the most of every Kootenay season.
My goal is to help you reach your goal. Whether you are buying or selling a home, I have the experience and drive to help you. I am devoted to understanding my client's needs, providing exceptional real estate experiences, and ensuring the process of buying and selling a home is a positive one.
